As a Catholic boy, we used to not only celebrate Good Friday, but recognized Maundy Thursday as special, too. This was the day before Jesus’ Crucifixion,…and its significance lies in the event of the Foot Washing. Why a foot washing, JESUS? No, Jesus wasn’t cleaning feet, he was showing an example of LOVE, by serving. May we see the Lord’s example in this Foot Washing as we love and serve each other this Easter season.
